Section 01

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "92dudu" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 92dudu.net, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and API-connected services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92dudu platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to any funds held within a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be staked on eligible games before a bonus or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which all transactions on 92dudu are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to and use of the 92dudu platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Verification Documents" means identity documents, proof of address, and payment method evidence that 92dudu may request in accordance with its KYC obligations.

Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 92dudu platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to bonuses or competitions you participate in.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if already registered, request account closure by contacting 92dudu support.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Section 03

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 92dudu platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 92dudu strictly prohibits access by minors. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all transactions voided, and all funds returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 92dudu or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed voluntarily through 92dudu's responsible gaming tools or mandated by any regulatory authority.

Section 04

Account Registration

To access the full range of 92dudu services, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 92dudu. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. The provision of false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 92dudu will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 92dudu support immediately. You remain liable for all activity conducted through your account prior to such notification.
• KYC Verification: 92dudu reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the time of withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92dudu are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits: 92dudu accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt and verification by 92dudu's payment systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever operationally possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are within 24 hours for verified accounts; VIP account holders may benefit from priority processing timelines.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.
• 92dudu reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal AML thresholds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 92dudu does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 92dudu accepts no responsibility.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, 92dudu will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with 92dudu support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

92dudu offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 92dudu reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the combined value of the bonus amount and any associated deposit.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal until all wagering requirements have been met in full within the specified validity period.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino products may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified by 92dudu. Players who attempt to claim multiple concurrent bonuses in a manner inconsistent with these Terms may have excess bonuses voided.
• 92dudu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be permitted to complete it under the terms communicated at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash except where a conversion to withdrawable funds has been completed in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.

Section 07

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 92dudu platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and specialty games — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing wagers.

All games on 92dudu use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed from regulated studios operated by licenced providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The outcomes of all games are determined by the applicable technology and are not subject to manipulation by 92dudu or any third party.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 92dudu will not reverse a bet once it has been accepted and the game round has commenced, except in cases of verified system error.
• In the event of a system or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, 92dudu reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to players.
• Sports betting markets are subject to specific settlement rules applicable to each sport and competition. PSL and international cricket markets, for instance, are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Winnings from live dealer tables and RNG games are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92dudu platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 92dudu or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Any form of cooperation between players in casino games or sports betting intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the platform in a manner not involving genuine human decision-making.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or technical glitches to generate profit. Any winnings identified as arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Use of the 92dudu platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. 92dudu maintains robust AML procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Duplicate Accounts: Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the 92dudu platform for any commercial purpose, including resale of winnings, arbitrage betting operations, or any form of affiliate activity not expressly authorised by 92dudu in writing.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 92dudu platform — including but not limited to the 92dudu brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, text, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licenced to 92dudu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any platform content without prior written consent from 92dudu.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any element of the 92dudu platform or brand identity.
• Using the 92dudu name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dudu and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond 92dudu's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials.
• Any decision made in reliance on information provided on the 92dudu platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

92dudu's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 11

Privacy & Data Protection

92dudu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on 92dudu, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities on 92dudu include the collection of registration data for account management purposes, transaction data for payment processing and AML compliance, gameplay data for system integrity and fraud prevention, and communication preferences for marketing where consent has been provided.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

92dudu is firmly committed to responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the majority of players, can cause harm when it becomes compulsive or uncontrolled. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum duration of individual gaming sessions. Session limit requests are applied at the start of the next gaming session following the request.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players who wish to take a short break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, access to the gaming lobby and sports betting markets will be suspended.

Amendments to These Terms

92dudu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 92dudu will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 92dudu platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

The version of these Terms displayed on this page at any given time is the version currently in force. Previous versions are available on request from the 92dudu compliance team.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92dudu holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, players are required to submit a written complaint to 92dudu's support team and allow a period of 30 days for 92dudu to investigate and respond. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
